Maple Gastrique Salad Dressing

  • ½ c PURE Infused Maple Syrup – Gastrique: Maple Syrup, Ginger & Apple Cider Vinegar
  • ¼ c apple cider vinegar
  • 1 tbsp. Dijon mustard
  • 1 c olive oil
  • ½ tsp. salt
  • ¼ tsp. pepper

Directions:

  1. Combine PURE Infused Maple Gastrique, vinegar and mustard
  2. While whisking, slowly add olive oil into the maple mixture
  3. Add salt and pepper
