Valliere’s Sin

A playful nod to the famous Quebecois maple ringleader who pilfered almost half of the Canadian maple reserve. Sometimes you just can’t have enough maple syrup.

  • 1/4-1/2 oz PURE Infused Maple Syrup – Vanilla, Cinnamon & Star Anise
  • 2 oz Canadian Whiskey
  • 4 dashes Peychaud’s bitters or 2 dashes of Angostura bitters

Combine all ingredients in a mixing glass, fill with ice and stir for 20 seconds. Strain into a chilled old fashioned glass and garnish with a zest of lemon.
