- 3/4 oz PURE Infused Maple Syrup – Lavender & Chai
- 1 oz gin
- 2-3 oz sparkling wine (prosecco or champagne)
- 1/2 oz blueberry juice
- 1/2 oz fresh lemon juice
Combine ingredients in a mixing glass, fill with ice and shake. Strain into a chilled champagne flute and top with 2-3 oz sparkling wine
