- 1/2 oz Gastrique Apple Cider Vinegar & Ginger Infused Maple Syrup
- 3/4 oz fresh lemon juice
- 2 oz vodka
Combine all ingredients in a mixing glass. Fill with ice and shake for 8-10 seconds. Strain into a Collins glass over ice. Top with soda. Garnish with 3/4 oz of black current liqueur floated on surface of drink and fresh seasonal berries.
