Ginger Maple Fizz

A traditional favourite with a maple flavoured spin. This storied cocktail has been around since 1887 in one form or another.

  • 1/2 oz PURE Infused Maple Syrup – Gastrique: Maple Syrup, Ginger & Apple Cider Vinegar
  • 2 oz London Dry Gin
  • 1/4 oz simple syrup (1:1)
  • 3/4 oz fresh lemon juice
  • 3/4 oz egg white

Combine all ingredients in a mixing glass, fill with ice and shake HARD for 15-20 seconds. Fine strain into a chilled coupe glass. Garnish with 3 cranberries on a cocktail pick.
